Booking Clients are advised to confirm their requirements at least six months in advance as the best quality sport is inclined to be reserved well ahead. If a party choose a sporting lodge then normally an initial deposit of 50% of the cost of the sport and accomodation is required on confirmation of the booking with the balance to be paid two months in advance. The same arrangement applies for sport only. Other accomodation requires a 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid at the end of the client's visit. Hire of guns, rifles, fishing tackle, clothing etc requires a 50% deposit with the balance settled at the completion of the stay. Hire of transport requires to be paid in full - a month prior to use. Fuel costs are settled on completion. The full cost of any items of fishing tackle, clothing or ammunition ordered must be met on receipt of the pro-forma invoice and prior to delivery. Arrangements for insurance, firearms hire and import licences must be completed three months ahead of the visit.
